Course Access and Extensions

When you purchase a course from Kingston Open College, you are granted access to the course materials for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After this period, access to the course will be terminated unless you apply for and pay the appropriate extension fee. Extensions are subject to the following conditions:

Extension requests must be made before the expiration of the original access period;

Extensions will only be available if the course is still offered by Kingston Open College.
If the course has been discontinued, you will not be eligible for an extension, and access will end at the conclusion of the original one-year period.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your course purchase within 14 calendar days of the contract date (“Cancellation Period”). To cancel, you must notify us in writing within this period. If you access course materials during the Cancellation Period, you waive your right to cancel and receive a refund.
